Physical Mailing Address
What is it?
A Fancy Hands physical mailing address is your mailing address in New York City.
You get a special address that is all your own. When mail arrives at this address, we scan it, upload it to your account, and shred/recycle the physical copies.
What can you do with it?
Send stuff to us → You can send us physical documents that we can use to complete your tasks. For example, send us a stack of business cards. Once we receive them, you can instruct us to import them all into a spreadsheet. Send us a stack of blank "Thank You" cards, we can fill them out and send them off.° The possibilities are endless.
Accept mail from others → You can give this address out to clients and colleagues or anybody else. When the mail comes in, we'll scan it. You can read it and delete it or have us act on it in any way.
What's the price?
$9 a month → You'll need a Fancy Hands plan, but on top of that, it's only $9 a month for a New York city mailing address. No setup fees. No long term contract.
Limitations?
How much mail can I send? → The basic plan includes 50 pieces of mail per month. If you need more than that, let's chat.
What can I send you? → Receipts, documents, business cards, whatever. Don't send us anything illegal, or expect us to do anything illegal with whatever you send to us.
Does each mail count against my plan? → No. The mail is separate. If you need us to do anything with the mail (other than scan it), that counts as a general task on your plan.
Do you accept UPS deliveries? → Yes. We can accept mail from the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, messenger services, and just about anybody else. However, we can't allow you to come and physically pick up your mail. If you'd like the physical mail, we can send it to you.°
