Fancy Hands, Inc. ("Fancy Hands," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. Fancy Hands collects information on the Service when you interact with us or our independent contractor assistants (“Assistants”), such as when you engage with the Fancy Hands Service through your mobile device or interact with our website. The personal information we (and our/or Assistants) collect may include your name, mobile number, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and any other information necessary to fulfill your request. We will also collect any other information you store or upload through the Service. You should feel free to decline to provide any information that we request, however, please note that doing so may make it impossible for Fancy Hands to fulfill your request. We use the information that we collect to provide the products or services that you request, to improve and customize our Service, and to contact you about special promotions and new products. We also receive personally identifiable information when you apply for a job in the "employment" section of the website. Any such information gathered through that section will be used solely to evaluate whether your background and experience make you a candidate for a career with Fancy Hands.

Information We Collect from Third Parties. We may collect information about you from the parties and services that we (and/or our Assistants) engage or interact with in order to provide you services. We (and/or our Assistants) may collect information about you from third parties with whom you wish us to engage on your behalf. For example, if you request that we (and/or our Assistants) contact a service provider on your behalf, that service provider may provide us with information about you. We may also collect information about you from third party services and from publicly available sources. For example, we may receive information about you when you interact with our site through various social media, for example, by liking us on Facebook or following us on Twitter or by logging in to our service through Facebook, Twitter or any other third party login. The data we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network. 2. HOW WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGY TO COLLECT INFORMATION

Pixel Tags and Cookies

• With our representatives in order to perform your requested service. Each of our Representatives is required to abide by a confidentiality agreement with regard to your requested services.
• Third-party vendors and other service providers as needed to fulfill your request, such as retail merchants, restaurants and delivery companies;
• Third-party vendors and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, as needed to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements, billing, payment processing, hosting, and record-keeping services. Fancy Hands uses Recurly and Braintree to process payments and does not store your payment information or process payments. However, your information, including payment information, may be stored by third parties that transmit or process this data on our behalf, including Recurly, Braintree and Twilio, which transmits text messages on our behalf. This Privacy Policy does not govern the data practices of our third party service providers.
• Other companies whose products or services may be of interest to you;

We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. Fancy Hands may retain your information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. A California resident who has provided personal information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (a “California Customer”) may request information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of personal information, upon receipt of a request by a California Customer, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom personal data was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of personal data that were disclosed. Fancy Hands cares about the security of your information, and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through our website. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.
