The unlimited service is based on two types of people - great assistants and smart clients. Our assistants are trained and ready to go. If you're a member on the unlimited plan, here's what you need to know:
The unlimited plan is a task based service, not hourly. So we view everything that comes in as a one standalone task. If you need a big project done, break it down into small pieces and we'll handle them. This is especially great because a lot of times multiples parts of a single project can be worked on at once. However, this also means that we must enforce a time limit on how long we can work on tasks. That time limit is 15 minutes.
We have no limits on the number of tasks that you can submit in a day. However, think of us as your real assistant. Do you have a big day tomorrow and need more than usual? Let us know in advance, so we know, and can staff up to help you make the best of it.
This is important. We're your assistant. Do you have a big sales call and need to know tons of intricate details about your potential client and competitors? You handle that, have us take care of the rest. You're good at what you do, so do that, and we'll do the rest. For example, instead of asking us to research your competitor's before the biggest sales call of your life, have us handle ordering lunch, calling the exterminator and anything else.
While we take our service to you at Fancy Hands seriously and will always do the best job we can do, our work is not guaranteed, and we offer no warranty of any kind. We'll try our very best. That's what we can promise.
In the event that we simply can't keep up with your requests for some reason, we'll try to work with you to come up with a great solution. However, if we can't find a perfect solution for both us and you, we may be forced to cut our ties. Again, think of us as your real assistant.
You can't share this plan with anybody else. Any tasks that you request are just for your benefit. You can not share this account with your husband, friend, wife, neighbor, or dog.
