How does Fancy Hands work?
You start by choosing from a variety of different packages. Once you have found the best option for you can sign up quickly and easily. Once you are set up start submitting your requests to our US-based personal assistants. We can assist with all sorts of requests from personal to business-related tasks. Check out some of our most common requests for some great ideas of how we can help you.
Do I have to live in the United States in order to be a client?
We have clients from all over the world. As long as we can complete the requests in English we can assist clients from anywhere.
Can you make purchases on my behalf?
Yes, we can! We can make purchases on your behalf up to $200 per request. We have a super quick and easy process to do so. As long as you have your credit card linked to your profile our assistants will send you a payment request and you can approve it with the click of a button. Please note that our assistants will never have access to your credit card information. We have a system in place that keeps your information private.
Can you complete time-sensitive requests?
We will do everything we can to ensure your requests are completed as quickly as possible. If you have a time-sensitive request it is best to notate that in the title of your request. We want to ensure that we always provide quality work for you and unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee speed. If you have a request that is near its deadline, it may not be the best task for us.
Can you make international phone calls?
Absolutely. As long as it is not a toll-free number we can make international calls on your behalf. Please keep in mind that we usually cannot complete requests that require languages other than English so sometimes there may be a language barrier with international calls.
Will I get the same assistant every time?
We currently offer Dedicated Assistant Services if you are interested in working with only one assistant. You can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org additional information on this service, however, with a regular Fancy Hands subscription we cannot guarantee the same assistant over and over again. You can request specific assistants but it is not a guarantee that they will be the one working on your request. However, don’t worry because we hand-pick our assistants and we take pride in recruiting the best personal assistants around.
Can I set up a repeat request?
Yes! We have something we like to call a recurring request. You can control this request right from your personal dashboard.
What type of requests can you not complete?
Unfortunately, if it is any type of physical request (for example: going to pick up dry-cleaning) we can not personally do it. We can, however, try and find a third party that can complete this for you. We are here to make your life easier and we will do what we can to get all of your requests completed one way or another. We are also not able to complete any homework assignments for you. Please note, we cannot complete anything that would be considered illegal or against the terms and policies of other companies (for example we are unable to create any type of fake reviews for companies).
