This is not required, but the information allows us to better anticipate the things you need and the things you're going to want us to do. This information is kept private and used by our servers to help find task suggestions. Your assistants will not have direct access to any of this information.

Basecamp Integration

Archive your tasks to Evernote

Evernote enables you to remember everything. When you integrate your Evernote with Fancy Hands, we'll automatically archive your requests, your assistants' responses and attachments directly to Evernote. You'll be able to access them on your phone, on the desktop, and everywhere else that you use Evernote.

Delegate to us directly from Asana

You've got a list of everything that needs to get done inside of Asana. Sync your Asana account with Fancy Hands and let us do some of those things.

THE WAY IT WORKS IS SIMPLE:

1. Add us to your project. - asana@fancyhands.com How?
2. Pick tasks that you don't want to do.
3. Assign those task to Fancy Hands.
4. Watch as they get marked as completed.

How do I invite Fancy Hands?

From the project menu, click the "Gears" and then, "Invite and Manage Members"

Enter asana@fancyhands.com as the email address and "Fancy Hands" as the Name. Then send the invite.

Delegate to us directly from Trello

You've got a list of everything that needs to get done inside of Trello. Sync your Trello account with Fancy Hands and let us do some of those things.

THE WAY IT WORKS IS SIMPLE:

1. Add us to your project. - (fancy_hands) - trello@fancyhands.com How?
2. Pick tasks that you don't want to do.
3. Assign those tasks to Fancy Hands.
4. Relax as your assistants complete your tasks.

How do I invite Fancy Hands?

From the board sidebar, click the "Add Members" button and then add fancy_hands

Pick a card to assign to Fancy Hands and click the Assign button.

Add Fancy Hands (fancy_hands) to the card.

Personal Touch

As a member of Fancy Hands, you're always supported by a team of assistants, but with our Personal Touch feature, you can give the whole team one name. You can set up a custom email address so it appears you're always working with one assistant. This allows you to say in an email, for example, "I've cc'ed my assistant, George, who will schedule this meeting for us." This is less confusing for everyone instead of you saying, "I've cc'ed my awesome team of assistants at Fancy Hands."

Once you set the Personal Touch feature up, all of our assistants will use that specific email address and name whenever reaching out to third parties on your behalf.
