How many tasks do I have left?
The number of tasks you have remaining is on the dashboard. There's also a history of all your tasks, because history is cool.
When will my subscription renew (when will I get billed)?
You can find out when your subscription will renew at the dashboard. This is also when your task count resets.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my service?
Head over to your billing info page and select the plan you want from the drop-down menu. To cancel your account, click on the link "cancel your account." No hard feelings.
What is the status of my task? When should I expect a response?
We do our best to answer every request as quickly as possible. Sometimes it's a few minutes, sometimes a few hours, sometimes a few days. If it's time-sensitive, we'll do our best to accommodate. If you haven't heard from us in a while, check your dashboard to ensure a letter didn't get lost in the mail. Feel free to reply to the auto-responder asking for a status update. If none of that works, email email@example.com and we'll wipe away your tears.
How do I cancel a task once it's been submitted?
Send us a response to the original task. Let us know you don't need our help. We'll stop helping.
